Tom Fell is a saxophonist based in Canberra, Australia. He completed his Bachelor of Music (Jazz Performance) at the Australian National University in 2010.  

Tom plays regularly in a variety of local ensembles including Nyash! Afrobeat Collective, Key Grip and the Dan Mclean Big Band. He has had the opportunity to study and perform with some of Australia’s finest jazz players including John Mackey, Sandy Evans, Vince Jones, Mike Price, James Greening and Miroslav Bukovsky.  

Festival appearances include the Capital Jazz Project, the Bloom Festival, the National Multicultural Festival, Merimbula Jazz Festival, ANU Winter Jazz Festival and the Goulburn Blues Festival. Tom has performed on a number of local recordings including Nyash! Afrobeat Collective EP (2014), Dig This: Exploring the Big Band by Sally Greenaway (2013), Winter Blues: Live by Jonno Zilber (2012) and Cuts and Takes by Key Grip (2010). 

Tom is also a dedicated teacher and completed his Graduate Diploma in Education (Secondary Music) in 2013.
