Aaron is currently a Masters in Music student at the ANU and is studying with Emeritus Professor Larry Sitsky AM and Dr. Stephen Loy. He graduated last year with a Bachelor of Music, majoring in Piano Performance and Psychology. Aaron has won numerous piano competitions including the National Eisteddfod Open in 2010. He performed in the Sydney Opera House in 2008 and 2011. Aaron was awarded the ANU Winifred Burston Memorial Prize in 2012, the Iman Nassir Performance Prize and the Margaret Smiles Accompaniment Prize in 2013.

Highlights in 2014 included performing with the ANU Head of School of Music, Professor Peter Tregear, a 4 hands concert with Israel-born international pianist Arnan Wiesel, the ABC Sunday Live Series with one of Australia’s most accomplished cellists David Pereira, a 4 hands concert with Emeritus Professor Larry Sitsky and Aaron’s solo recital in Wesley Music Center.

Aaron has maintained an active presence on stage – performing in the Canberra International Music Festivals, Friends of School of Music Concerts, ANU Graduations Ceremonies, WMC Concerts, Government House, recording for the Canberra ArtSound FM radio and performing live for ABC 666. He is currently a member of the Klavier Music Association, ACT Keyboard Association (ACTKA) and the Golden Key International Honours Society.
