The ANU School of Music is reaching out from behind brutalist concrete walls, to present FREE weekly lunch time concerts in the Pop-up Village venue. Every Tuesday from 12.30 to 2pm during teaching periods, we will present musicians from a range of musical styles and backgrounds: students, staff and Alumni from the School of Music but also talented musicians, both students and staff from across the campus.

Music washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life. It can be an escape and music can have a profound influence on our emotional, cognitive and physical health. Call in for lunch, make a date with bae.

This week's Pop-up Venue concert will feature ANU School of Music students ALOÏSE and Jessica Maree...

ALOÏSE, AKA Amy Jenkins is a singer/songwriter known as one of Canberra favourites vocal trio Kaleid. In this set Amy will be performing solo songs she will soon record for her debut EP. Don't miss this chance to see one of Canberra's finest musicians for FREE!

Jessica Maree's primary studies have been at the Music Industry Centre where she received her Advanced Diploma in Music Performance. She is now undertaking study at The Australian National University School of Music to complete her Bachelor Degree in Music.

Jessica Maree loves to perform any chance she can, from intimate acoustic gigs as a singer/songwriter or on stage in musicals. Support one of Canberra's up and coming young musicians. Come along and bring your friends...
