An Early History in Programs: Stories from the Canberra School of Music

Where: Foyer, Level 4, School of Music

When: Open All Weekend

An Early History in Programs is an exhibition that presents an historical timeline of the talented Music Staff who have taught and nurtured generations of Australian musicians. The project serves to offer you an opportunity to explore and celebrate the Staff’s involvement with the Canberra Symphony Orchestra: from its humble beginnings at Albert Hall through to grand and stunning performances in the Llewellyn Concert Hall. The exhibition is interactive, offering patrons the ability to interact with history using a sound element, and a timeline that allows you to discover the stories and histories of Staff and musicians through Canberra Symphony Orchestra concert programs.
