Workshop: 5.30 to 6.30pm Free - open to High School/College students, ANU School of Music students and ANU Open School Students. Please register via EventBrite as places limited.

The ANU School of Music is proud to present super group ASIO led by Barney McAll (Grammy Award winning Australian pianist) now residing back in Melbourne after many years in New York, will be visiting ANU School of Music to run this workshop and perform in concert.
Barvey will present a FREE workshop which will be open to all High School students and students from the ANU Open School and ANU School of Music.

The concert following the workshop will be a CD release celebration for Barney's 12th album as a leader and is open to the public. The album features; Mike Rivett on Tenor Sax, Carl Morgan on guitar and his longstanding trio of Hamish Stuart and Jonathan Zwartz on drums and bass respectively.

Having returned to Australia after being awarded the Peggy Glanville - Hicks composer in residency in 2015, Barney has won a slew of awards including an ARIA, two Bell Awards, The Age Victoria Award and an AIR award.
