The ins and outs of the natural trumpet. How it works! Also discussing various playing techniques in bending natural harmonics, use of holes, slides, hand-stopping, as well as techniques and rules in playing baroque articulations,  improvisation and ornaments. A second part to this would be to explain the role of the baroque trumpeter and the music through pictorial and audio (also playing) examples.

For the lecture Anna will direct the theme to historic performance practice on wind instruments as well as the role of the trumpeter and the music.
